The Help Desk
For all your staff needs! Need a Jutsu checked? Link it here! Need a character checked? Link it here! Want to spend some EXP on something? Request it here! This Help Desk will be regularly cleaned out by Staff on the weekends to make sure all active requests are visible and orderly. Now here are the rules on how the Help Desk works!
1) You can only have 1 post per account at a time.
2) You can only ask for 5 things in that one post.
3) If you're someone with a lot of alts, and each of them needs like 5 things done, be patient with us as we will try to get through some of your accounts. To keep things fair a few of your accounts may have to wait a bit as alts are a lower priority for requests compared to that one guy who has one character waiting for a few quick approvals.
4) The more complicated your request, the longer it'll likely take to process. Someone who needs a quick EXP purchase is not going to take as much time as someone who needs their 5 jutsu checked. Ergo they will likely be waiting less.
5) If you break any of our rules and spam the desk, your post in the Help Desk will be DELETED, and you will have to move to the back of the line.
6) Do not bump this thread. We know when we have requests.
7) Staff usually checks things on the weekends, as that is when we all have the most spare time to do this.
Now here's how you submit!
Follow this format:
Type of Request: EXP Purchase (I.e. Stats, Jutsu, Etc.), Thread Grade (Submitting an RP for Grading to gain EXP), Applications (Jutsu/Characters/Etc.), Or Market Purchase (using Ryo for Weapons).
Request Info: Explain what you want done here so that we can do it. If you are doing a purchase be sure to do the math for your purchase here! The less work we have to do the quicker and easier it is for us to do it.
Link: In the case of grading for Applications or Thread Grades, link us the topic so we can check it out. If doing a purchase then simply put N/A.
