Chirua Clan
Chirua Clan History:
The Chirua Clan is a proud clan of both the Sunagakure and Kumogakure villages. Both are Magnet-users, with the ability to magnetize objects and bend them to their will. Magnet users can even take Gold Sand, or regular Sand and make it a weapon of their will. Sunagakure users of this "Sand Jutsu" are more common, but a few have existed in the history of the Cloud Village as well. Shinobi who use this Kekkei Genkai usually have distinct black rings around their eyes when it is activated. Sand can be used as both an overwhelming offense, but even more importantly an all-encompassing defense. It is members of this clan who are most attuned to be Jinchurkii of the One-Tail Shukaku.
Beyond Sand however, Magnet Release can be applied to one's projectiles in order to magnetize an enemy's objects and make them unable to dodge the next volley. A tricky thing to set up, but effective.
Magnet Release has been the Kekkei Genkai of not one, not two, but FOUR of the previous Kazekage. It is a frightening Jutsu and not one to be underestimated.

Kekkei Genkai (Jiton) Mechanics
Magnet Release (磁遁, Jiton, Viz: Magnet Style) is a nature transformation kekkei genkai, suggested to be a combination of Wind and Earth. Magnet Release users generate a magnetic force which they apply to other substances for various purposes.
Available Substances
Iron Sand was used by the Third Kazekage of Sunagakure. He modelled his use of Iron Sand after the sand controlled by Shukaku's jinchūriki, moulding it into weapons or crushing targets with it. In Gaara Hiden, Kajūra of Ishigakure also uses Iron Sand. In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Shinki of Suna manipulates it as well. Iron Sand is the most balanced Sand Jutsu, as its Speed and Power are equal.
Gold Dust was used by the Fourth Kazekage. He developed its use specifically to counter Shukaku's jinchūriki, as the Gold Dust is heavier than the jinchūriki's sand. When Rasa uses this nature, he gains black rings around his eyes, similar to the ones around Gaara's eyes. Gold Dust trades +1 Tier of Power for -1 Tier of Speed!
Metal Weapons: were Toroi from Kumogakure's speciality. He would magnetize special shuriken. When the shuriken come into contact with another object, the object becomes magnetised, making it an easier target by causing it to draw other magnetized weapons towards it. However, each time the magnetism is transferred, it weakens.
Normal Sand: the famous Fighting Style of Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage. This Sand is also the one used by Shukaku the Sand Spirit (Ichibi). They gain black rings around their eyes, and command Sand that is lighter in weight (good for catching quick opponents, but less durable against blows). Trades -1 Tier of Power for +1 Tier of Speed!
Magnet Release is Weak against Lightning Release, as Lightning can tear right through the Sand and it can affect the Magnetic field.
Magnet Release is Strong against Fire Release and Water Release. I won't even bother trying to explain this one. It just makes more sense than the others, but truthfully Magnet is a weird element in Naruto.
Magnet Release is Neutral against Earth and Wind Release, its parent elements.
