Mangekyou Sharingan
Can only be gained upon the Death of a Loved One
The trauma awakens the Uchiha's hidden potential and their Sharingan evolves into a customized version of the Sharingan. They all resemble pinwheels in some fashion. Upon awakening the Mangekyou Sharingan your Visual Prowess is boosted! This reflects in your Genjutsu: Sharingan and Mirror techniques, as your ability to utilize Ocular Genjutsu is boosted.
On top of that you gain access to 2 Ultimate Jutsu tied to your Mangekyou Sharingan! This can be anything from an advanced Ninjutsu like Amaterasu, access to Blaze Release, or an Ultimate Genjutsu like the Tsukuyomi. There are even some Space-Time Techniques attributed to the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Each Mangekyou Technique costs 250 EXP to learn. Once you have mastered both Mangekyou you can awaken the Susano'o!

However, if the target can move fast enough to prevent being focused on, Amaterasu will miss them when it's cast. Once created, it can continue burning for seven days and seven nights. The flames cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods; only the user can put the flames out. Said to be "the fires from hell" and to burn as hot as the sun itself, Amaterasu burns any material — other flames included — until nothing but ash remains.
The Speed of Amaterasu is dependent on the user's TRACKING Attribute. In order to dodge/counter Amaterasu one must meet or exceed the Uchiha's Tracking. Amaterasu is immune to Water Release, but interacts with all other elements the same way.
Stage 1 (Costs an A Rank of Chakra): This version of Amaterasu is cost effective, and is only meant to target a large part of a person's body. Ergo it is the focused one. Deals an A rank of damage to the target if it hits. Continues to burn the target for a C rank of damage as long as the user keeps pouring a C rank of chakra to maintain the Jutsu. Stops burning when they stop paying the cost.
Stage 2 (Costs an S Rank of Chakra): This version is meant to take out a singular foe. By focusing on the Amaterasu they summon black flames meant to envelop a person's entire body until they are nothing but ash. Deals an S rank of damage to the target if it hits. Continues to burn the target for a B rank of damage as long as the user pays a B rank to maintain it. Stops burning when they stop paying the cost.
Stage 3 (Costs an X Rank of Chakra): Commonly used to take on hordes of Ninja OR Tailed Beasts, you summon a massive field of black fire to incinerate your foes! Deals an S rank of damage to the target and any poor soul who happens to be nearby in the topic. Continues to burn the target as long as the user pays an A rank to maintain it. Stops burning when they stop paying the cost.

The Susanoo at this point has only just manifested. You can utilize this upon activating both powers in the Mangekyou Sharingan, creating a connection with your avatar. The Avatar possesses the same color as your chakra. At this stage you possess only it's Skeletal Cage for defending yourself and making small attacks. Costs a B rank of chakra, with a D rank upkeep to maintain. The Susanoo at this stage has B Rank Might and B rank Power. This Might is its OWN health bar separate from the casters! Deals a D rank of damage to the caster to activate.
Stage 2 (Skeletal Warrior): Unlocked with 250 EXP
The Susanoo now at this stage begins to take on a real shape, manifesting as a giant avatar skeleton composed of pure hard chakra. This Susanoo maintains its stats from the previous stage, but now it gains the Area Effect for its melee attacks. All of its attacks are wide enough to hit multiple people at the same time. This Susanoo also has the ability to form extra limbs for the purposes of hand seals or hitting its targets! Costs a B rank of Chakra with a C rank upkeep to maintain, as well as dealing a D rank of damage to the caster to activate.
Stage 3 (Soul Warrior): Costs 250 EXP to Unlock
The Susanoo at this juncture begins to gain muscles and skin, turning itself into a more humanoid shape. It now can also manifest a set of weapons of the user's choice. Now it's destructive power has been harnessed. It gains A rank Power and A rank Might. It retains the Area Effect for all of it's melee attacks. Costs an A rank of chakra with a C rank upkeep to maintain. Deals a D rank of damage to the caster.
Stage 4 (Armored Warrior): Costs 250 EXP to Unlock
Finally you have reached the peak of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Your Avatar grows in size and begins to take on armor (allowing it to resemble a Yamabushi). It may wield the same weapons or change depending on the user's preference. It's now the Ultimate Defense. The Avatar possesses S rank Power and S rank Might. Costs an S Rank of Chakra with a B rank to maintain. Deals a D rank of damage to the caster.
Stage 5 (Complete Body): Requires Eternal Mangekyou, Rinnegan, or Senju Implant to Unlock (along with 250 EXP)
Once you have awakened either the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, Senju Regeneration, or Six Paths Chakra, you can activate the Complete-Body Susanoo. The Ultimate Avatar. It now towers over mortals and into the range of monsters. You are a Legend among the clan. A costly creation, but a potent weapon of destruction. This Susanoo costs an X rank of Chakra with an A rank to maintain, and deals a D rank of damage to the caster when activated. However it possesses X Rank Power and S Rank Might while retaining the Area Effect. The Complete Body Susanoo is said to be able to even grant its user flight during the duration of the Susanoo, as the Avatar even gains wings!
Susanoo is a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which surrounds them and fights on their behalf. It is the strongest ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in both eyes. When activated, Susanoo forms around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves around. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, one that becomes more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Although Susanoo is quite effective as a defence, it is able to distinguish in what it blocks. For example, the user can still perform jutsu while within Susanoo and the attacks will pass through it without complications. Others can be brought within Susanoo with the user's permission, and users can likewise choose to leave Susanoo's protective structure. The latter characteristic can be used against the user; if an opponent can bypass Susanoo, however slightly and latch onto them, they can be pulled out of Susanoo. With continued mastery, Susanoo can have increased defensive capabilities even at its ribcage stage, as seen when A was able to crack a rib of Sasuke's Susanoo, but conversely, could not crack Madara's. If it is damaged, Susanoo does not regenerate and it can only be repaired either by advancing it to the next developmental stage or by dispersing it and then forming it anew.
